MASTERTEC waterproofing systems for high water pressures

Approx. 50 years ago waterproofing of joints started with simple uncoated joint sheet metal and joint tapes. Later on injection hoses, swelling tapes and coated joint sheet metal followed.

Nowadays a waterproofing system is required that not only seals the construction joint, but also the predetermined crack joint and the shuttering joints safely and permanently up to 60 m and partly even up to 80 m water column.

Remain in one system. All our high-pressure joint sheet metal types have a bitumen-free and flexible coating and are compatible with each other.

And what about the protective film?

The coating must be protected from contamination or cleaned before the second concreting segment. This text was included in many calls for tender in the past. We protect all our high-pressure sheet metals with a protective film.

The active joint tape with General Building Supervisory test certificate for permanent waterproofing of construction joints in concrete.
MMF 140 is a PVC joint tape with an additional swelling profile on one side.
